Not sure if I'm exhausted or delirious, but sleep it is. Not sure if this will be easier to track my sleep behavior than a paper journal. We'll see...

It's late. I'm not tired. I've been noticing extra "padding" around the torso, so why not exercise at 2 in the AM? It's the only time I ever seem to be motivated to do anything remotely physical and effortful. :(

50 upright forward;
50 leftward crunches;
50 rightward crunches;
50 forward crunches;
2 mins. leg lifting without touching the ground;
300 standing crab crunches (dunno how else to describe it);
50 back lifts;
5 mins. reverse leg lifting without touching the ground
1 mins. stretch out back.

Apparently a large manufacturer of cat and dog foods changed suppliers to a place in China that used a rat poison chemical that's banned in the US. It's killing a bunch of pets due to kidney failure in US/Canada.
